Olga graduated from the University of Cyprus obtaining a BSc in Economics with a minor in Accounting. In 2000, she joined PwC in Limassol, Cyprus as a trainee-chartered accountant and qualified in 2003. Since then, she is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Joining PwC in 2000 Olga worked in the PwC advisory line of service, working on various projects such as feasibility studies, business plans, and assistance in prospectus preparation and review. Thereafter, she joined the assurance practice where she progressed to the level of Director up to June 2022 when she joined Kiteserve Limited. Olga has extensive assurance experience in the audit of local and international groups involved in a wide range of activities including public companies listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) and abroad, and companies regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. Over the years, Olga has dealt with complex IFRS matters and has led various group audits involving complex consolidations and collaborating with international teams.
Olga was also Head of PwC’s Assurance Transformation, responsible for the Assurance internal automations and the development of automations and other digital solutions for external clients using various tools such as UiPath, Alteryx, ABBYY, and Tableau.

Helen joined PwC in 1998, in the International Business department, providing accounting and corporate support services and participating in international clients’ audits. She is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of England and Wales and of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.
Helen held the position of Director having the engagement responsibility in PwC of a portfolio of international clients with a global presence in various countries including the Russian Federation, UK, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Norway, and the Czech Republic/Slovakia.
Helen managed high complexity assignments to support large client groups’ daily corporate compliance/accounting and projects such as international transactions comprising of group restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings, Eurobonds/warrants issuances, etc.

Panayiotis is an experienced and skilled professional with a specialization in international tax and VAT matters. In addition to the highly accredited Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification and full membership with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus, he also has an Advance Diploma in International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Panayiotis joined PwC Cyprus in 2011,initially within assurance and later in the tax department. During his time at the tax department of PwC, Panayiotis was acting as the job Manager for a portfolio of clients with investments and activities in Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Russia, and the USA, providing consultation on various local and international tax issues in respect of envisaged transactions. In 2019 he moved to an Oil and Gas multinational corporation to take the role of the International Tax Manager, leading and supporting reorganizations, re-domiciliations, and set up of new modes of operation.

Glafcos has an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Reading, and an LLM (Masters of Oil & Gas Law) from the University of Aberdeen. He has several years of experience in the legal profession with a focus on Corporate and Commercial Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Glafcos trained and worked for eight years at a reputable lawyer’s office in Cyprus practicing mainly in Corporate and Commercial Law with particular emphasis on (Cross Border) Mergers and Re-organizations, Joint Ventures, International Group and Debt Restructurings, and Financing Transactions.
He has also a special interest in other areas such as Data Protection Law, Energy, and Environmental Law, and Blockchain Law.

Panikos has been working with PwC for 15 years as a Senior Manager supporting mainly major International Clients. Panikos has vast experience with handling High Net Worth Individuals from various regions providing personal family office support. He is an experienced and skilled professional with extensive experience in Immigration services, assisting international groups with their setup and relocation to Cyprus including among others, immigration compliance and private clients relocation support services. Panikos has experience in recruitment for various middle-level posts for local and international clients. He has handled numerous commercial/residential real estate transactions in Cyprus on behalf of international private clients. Panikos also has strong knowledge of corporate compliance in Cyprus, serving as senior corporate administrator for a major international group of companies.

Tommys has over 9 years’ previous experience in the Audit & Assurance, Corporate Compliance and Fund Services departments of a Big Four Audit Firm in Cyprus, serving both private and listed clients as well as large international groups with operations in various industries including Financial Services such as Electronic Money and Banking Institutions, Asset Management, and other regulated entities.
Tommys holds a BSc (First Class Honours) in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Surrey, and the Advanced certification of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Tommys is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), the Cyprus Institute of Internal Auditors (CIIA) as well as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus (ICPAC) in which he is also a member of the ESG and Sustainability Committee.

Antonis graduated from university of Abertay Dundee obtaining a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He had a 30-year extensive experience in the banking sector, working in Laiki Bank and Bank of Cyprus and serving from various important posts in Financial Control, Internal Audit and Compliance. Before leaving Bank of Cyprus, he held the position of the Assistant Manager in Financial Crime & Sanctions Compliance department, acting also as the Alternate AMLCO (2014-October 2022). He has a broad and deep experience in Anti-Financial Crime and Sanctions and sound experience in other compliance areas. Antonis is also a holder of the Certification of Anti-Money Laundering Specialists from the Association of the Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), the Certification of AML Officer by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and the Certification in AML for ICPAC and CBA Members by the International Compliance Association (ICA).
